Privacy policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
This page covers what tuel.tips collects when you use this site, why, and who we share it with. Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we don't run ads or analytics trackers, and the only cookie this site sets is for our own team logging into the backoffice — never for visitors browsing the public site.
What we collect
If you use the contact form: your name, email address, company (if you give it), and whatever you write in the message. We use this only to reply to you.
If you just browse the site: standard web server logs that our hosting provider, Railway, keeps for any request — things like IP address, user agent, and timestamps. This is operational logging, not analytics, and we don't attach it to any profile of you.
If you comment on or interact with the blog: we don't currently have a commenting system, so nothing is collected there beyond the standard server logs above.
Cookie notice
This site sets exactly one cookie, and only on /admin — our own backoffice, used solely by the tuel.tips team to publish blog posts. It's a session cookie (httpOnly, signed, no tracking value) that exists purely to keep someone logged in after they enter a password. If you're reading this as a visitor to the public site, you have never received this cookie. We don't use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts anywhere on tuel.tips.
Who we share it with
Resend (resend.com) delivers the emails this site sends — contact form submissions and a security alert when someone logs into our backoffice. Resend processes that email content on our behalf; we don't send it anywhere else.
Railway (railway.com) hosts this site and its server logs. We don't sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with any other third party, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions arrive as an email — we don't additionally store them in a database on this site. Blog posts and the handful of author profiles that power this site's blog are stored on our own private infrastructure and contain no visitor data.
Your choices
Want to know what we have on file, or want us to delete a message you sent? Get in touch and we'll sort it out — for a small business like ours, this is a conversation, not a form to fill out.
Children
tuel.tips is a business site, not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
